For your interest Council has developed a "Complaints - Compliments" Policy which provides information on how to lodge a complaint with Council, or how to compliment Council on a particular job etc.
If you wish to make a complaint to Council on a particular matter, or compliment Council, we encourage you to write your comments on the "Complaints - Compliments" Form and send it back to us for action if required.
