Business Initiatives Grants 2026/27 Applications Now Open till 15 June
Applications for Alexandrina Council’s Business Initiatives Grants are now open, supporting small business improvement projects that help drive growth across the region.
Each year, Council provides grants of up to $2,500 to support small business improvement projects that help local enterprises grow, innovate, and contribute to our regional economy.
Eligible activities include improving marketing capability, building digital presence, engaging professional photography, and accessing specialist advice to support future funding applications.
Applications open at 12 noon on Monday 4 May and close at 3 pm on Monday 15 June 2026.
Businesses and organisations are encouraged to review the guidelines to understand eligibility requirements, the application process and key assessment criteria before applying.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to contact Council’s Business Development Officer on 8555 7000 to discuss their proposal before commencing the application process.
Note that Council grants are subject to Council funding in the Annual Community Plan.
