We offer a range of payment options, as listed below. Payment of rates is required in four instalments due in September, December, March and June.

If you find yourself facing financial hardship and anticipate being unable to fulfil your upcoming rates payment, we can assist with setting up a direct debit payment plan. For further information and how to apply, visit the difficulty paying rates and financial hardship page.

Ratepayers have the flexibility to pay their rates hassle-free through direct debit via FlexiPay. FlexiPay allows ratepayers to tailor rate payments to fit their budget. They can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or quarterly over the financial year.

Once you receive your 1st instalment notice each year, you will be sent an email confirming that your direct debit has rolled over. This email will also give you the opportunity to update or change your payment details. If you pay weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, the email will confirm your new payment amounts for the upcoming financial year.

Fines and interest won't be applied during the agreed arrangement period as long as timely payments are made.
