How to hire a venue or space
All venue bookings can be made easily online via the SpacetoCo website.
If you have a question that SpacetoCo can’t answer, contact Council’s Community Bookings Officer telephone 8555 7000 or contact us via the SpacetoCo messaging function.
Terms and Conditions of Hire
All hire bookings must abide the terms and conditions. You can read the venue specific terms and conditions on SpacetoCo.
Hire costs
When booking a venue or space on SpacetoCo, the hire costs are based on the hours/days selected. Hire costs can be paid online.
Fees, charges and bonds for the hire of Council facilities are set each financial year and are published in Council's Fees and Charges.
Community Halls
Multi-functional facilities that can cater for concerts, performances, weddings, exercise classes, dance rehearsals, meetings, and a wide range of activities.
