This stylish world class skate park is a great feature for kids young and old. Skateboarders, scooters and BMX riders will simply love this skate park. Check it out when you’re next in Strathalbyn. The landscaped areas and lawn terraces surrounding the bowls provide a fantastic community space that not only skater and BMX riders can enjoy, but for families to come and spend some time together.
Council opened the Strathalbyn skate park in April 2014.
The park was built by global leaders in skate park design and innovation, Convic, with an overall delivery of a modern and integrated multi-use skate facility catering for skate, BMX and inline user groups. The park also has shaded grassed areas, offset by native landscaping by the Alexandrina Council Parks and Gardens team.
