The 2026 Alexandrina Community Survey has now closed.
Council engaged newfocus, an independent research company, to conduct the survey on Council’s behalf and gather feedback from residents, businesses and non-resident ratepayers across the Alexandrina Council area.
The survey explored community priorities, satisfaction with Council services and infrastructure, community engagement and opportunities for improvement. The feedback received will help inform future planning, service delivery and decision-making.
Council approved the survey methodology at its meeting on 20 April 2026.
newfocus is now analysing the survey responses and preparing its findings. A report on the outcomes of the Community Survey is anticipated to be presented to Council at its Ordinary Council Meeting on 19 October 2026.
