Project targets loneliness

Project 'Spark'  taking shape in Alexandrina

Loneliness touches everyone at some point. We are inviting people across Alexandrina to help create meaningful, community-led solutions to address it.

Working with our partners, including Adelaide University and Skylight Mental Health, we’re listening first…and building ideas together. You don’t have to be experiencing loneliness to have a unique perspective and some great ideas!

You can get involved in the 'Spark' project through:

  • Online Surveys: 5-10 mins, anon
  • Interview: One (1) hour, one-on-one
  • Creative Community Workshops: Series of design challenge workshops [Register Your Interest]

Project partners include Uniting Communities, Office for Ageing Well, SAHMRI, and Centre for Health in all Policies Research Translation. This project is funded by a National Health and Medical Research Council Partnership Grant and has been approved by the Adelaide University Human Research Ethics Committee (Ethics Protocol 1251).
