Bristow Smith Reserve Public Toilet Replacement

Project supported through funding from Australian Government’s Local Roads and Community Infrastructure (LRCI) Program and Alexandrina Council.

The programmed works included demolition and disposal of existing toilets and installation of a new contemporary facility that complies with current DDA standards and building codes.

The new public toilet facility is environmentally friendly, energy and water efficient. The new building has 6 separate compartments to deliver accessible, gender-neutral and ambulant options as well as modern baby change facilities.

The works commenced in May with the facility officially opening in September 2023.
