The new public toilet facilities at the Mount Compass Recreation Park are now complete and open for use.
This project included the installation of a single cubicle toilet, located within the recreation park.
Built to DDA standards and building codes, the facility includes current trends such as: accessibility, gender neutral consideration, baby change facilities and energy efficient systems.
The facility includes:
- a single pan
- grab rails
- soap dispenser
- automatic hand dryer
- baby change table
- coat hook
- shelf
- mirror
- tiling to floor and walls.
Energy efficient items include a rainwater tank acting as primary feed to the amenities and solar panels to assist in reducing energy costs.
