There could be a couple reasons why you haven't received your rates notice. We recommend you check the following:

  • The address you have with Council is up to date.
  • If you are a landlord, your rates notice may have been sent to your real estate agent.
  • If you are registered with eNotices and have your notices sent to your email, check your inbox by searching noreply@enotices.com.au, check your junk mail or sign into your eNotices account to view all of your notices.
  • If you have purchased a new house, the rates may have been paid at settlement.
  • Your rates may be in credit. You will receive a new rates notice towards the end of July every year but you will not receive additional instalment notices if your rates are in credit at the time of the instalment notices are being issued.
