Use the payment portal below to pay your rates. Have your card ready and your reference number (found at the left of your notice).
How to use the Payment Portal
1. To open the portal, click Pay Now above or scan the QR code on your notice
2. Enter your reference number then click Next (skip this step if you scanned the QR Code)
3. This screen shows each instalment due as a separate line item
4. To stay up to date, select the instalment that is currently due by ticking the checkbox next to it
We understand that managing payments can sometimes be challenging, so here’s a quick guide to help:
- If your account is overdue, you may see additional charges for fines or interest
- Select these charges to include in your payment by ticking their corresponding checkboxes
- Please be aware that unpaid fines or interest may continue to accrue further charges and will remain on your account until they are fully paid

5. Optional: to make a part payment, adjust the amount displayed above the Pay Now button
6. Click Pay Now on the line item
7. Enter an email address to send the receipt to
8. Complete payment
