Help others – improves wellbeing and provides the opportunity to give

Wellbeing SA  'A walk can work wonders' campaign is here to encourage South Australians to discover the benefits of walking.

Walking is a simple yet powerful way to improve our physical and mental well-being. You can choose how long, or short your walk is – every step counts!

Are you up for a challenge? Start the free 10,000 steps program and challenge your friends and see who can reach the milestone first!
