If you find yourself facing financial hardship and anticipate being unable to fulfill your upcoming rates payment, we can assist you with setting up a direct debit payment plan. To proceed, please review the information presented below.

If you opt for a FlexiPay Payment Plan, please consider the following requirements:

  • To apply for a FlexiPay arrangement, please have your latest Rates notice or Overdue notice on hand.
  • Visit alexandrina-pay.enotices.com.au and input your eNotices Reference Number and contact details.
  • Choose your preferred payment frequency: weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, along with your desired start date.
  • Keep an eye on your email inbox for a confirmation link to set up your payment method.
  • Be sure to initiate your plan before the due date of the current instalment.
  • Complete your full payment by or before 1 June 2024.
  • Rest assured, fines and interest won't be applied during the agreed arrangement period as long as you make timely payments.
  • If none of the provided payment frequencies suits your needs, select a payment arrangement.

Failure to pay rates by the displayed due date on your rate notice will render them overdue, leading to additional charges as follows:

  • An immediate fine of 2% of the amount due will be added.
  • Interest, as prescribed in the Local Government Act 1999, will be applied monthly to any outstanding balance (including interest) from that point onwards.

However, if you make timely payments during an agreed FlexiPay Payment Arrangement, fines and interest will not be imposed throughout that period. Please note that defaulting on the arrangement will result in fines and interest being applicable for the entire arrangement duration.
