Lodge a complaint

Complaints and feedback provide the opportunity to improve our services. Council will try to resolve the complaint at first point of contact, however if this cannot be achieved the complaint will be escalated to a more senior officer.

Request an Internal Review

Should you remain unhappy with a Council decision you may request a formal internal review.

Pursuant to Section 270 of the Local Government Act 1999, an application for review must be in writing on the appropriate Internal Review of Council Decision form and must be accompanied by a payment of a prescribed fee of $20.
