During the 2023 By-law review Council adopted the Cats By-Law No. 6 of 2023, at the 21 August 2023 Council Meeting.
The By-Law will commence operation four months after the day on which they are published in the Government Gazette, in accordance with section 249(5) of the Local Government Act 1999. This is expected to be on 28 December 2023.
