Langhorne Creek Public Toilet Replacement

Located adjacent the town hall, this project included demolition of the existing building and replacing with a new upgraded facility providing four separate compartments catering for disability access, ambulant access and gender neutral requirements. The new building also utilises energy efficient and water saving systems and modern baby change facilities.

A design and construct tender was awarded to supply a contemporary facility sympathetic to the surrounding environment with consideration given to current public trends.

The new building externals has been designed taking into account Langhorne Creek’s history of vineyards with a wine barrel shaped secure area to house the rainwater tank and artwork images displayed on the security screens.

Works are now complete.
